Dr. Spencer Grubb is passionate about helping patients and families move, feel, and live better. A graduate of the University of Western States, he combines a deep understanding of pain science with a compassionate, whole-person approach to care.

Through his studies, Dr. Spencer discovered how closely our physical well-being is connected to our emotional and cognitive health. This insight inspired him to focus on family-centered chiropractic care—supporting healthy development from infancy through adulthood. He is trained in the Webster Technique and is currently expanding his expertise in Chiropractic Cranial Manipulation.

Dr. Barrett has been practicing in the Spokane area since 2000. She enjoys working with people of all ages. Through her own journey to have a family, she developed a passion for working with pregnant patients and their families. She also has a strong passion for working with infants who are struggling with feeding. Dr. Susan’s philosophy includes a collaborative approach to patient care. She routinely works closely with primary care physicians, pediatricians, lactation specialists, physiotherapists, orthopedists, neurosurgeons, acupuncturists and a variety of other body workers. She is well connected in the local birth and lactation communities. She is Webster certified and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
