Dr. Spencer Grubb is passionate about helping patients and families move, feel, and live better. A graduate of the University of Western States, he combines a deep understanding of pain science with a compassionate, whole-person approach to care.

Through his studies, Dr. Spencer discovered how closely our physical well-being is connected to our emotional and cognitive health. This insight inspired him to focus on family-centered chiropractic care—supporting healthy development from infancy through adulthood. He is trained in the Webster Technique and is currently expanding his expertise in Chiropractic Cranial Manipulation.

Patrick has followed this philosophy of care since he began his career as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2019 after graduating with honors from Carrington College. With a passion for chronic pain management and a massage style that mixes equal parts critical thinking and intuition, he has worked with his clients to help them realize the potential for healing within. Patrick uses an integrated approach to massage that incorporates several modalities including Myofascial Release, Active Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage to address any imbalance that is contributing to pain or discomfort. Dr. Barrett has been practicing in the Spokane area since 2000. She enjoys working with people of all ages. Through her own journey to have a family, she developed a passion for working with pregnant patients and their families. She also has a strong passion for working with infants who are struggling with feeding. Dr. Susan’s philosophy includes a collaborative approach to patient care. She routinely works closely with primary care physicians, pediatricians, lactation specialists, physiotherapists, orthopedists, neurosurgeons, acupuncturists and a variety of other body workers. She is well connected in the local birth and lactation communities. She is Webster certified and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
