Dr. Susan and Dr. Spencer believe that every body is unique and deserves personalized care. They work with patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and those who are pregnant or experiencing acute injuries. Both doctors are Webster Technique and Active Release Techniques (ART) certified, and Dr. Barrett has completed advanced training in infant cranial care. This additional training allows our team to offer gentle, thoughtful care tailored to each stage of life.

Dr. Spencer Grubb

Dr. Spencer Grubb is passionate about helping patients and families move, feel, and live better. A graduate of the University of Western States, he combines a deep understanding of pain science with a compassionate, whole-person approach to care.

Through his studies, Dr. Spencer discovered how closely our physical well-being is connected to our emotional and cognitive health. This insight inspired him to focus on family-centered chiropractic care—supporting healthy development from infancy through adulthood. He is trained in the Webster Technique and is currently expanding his expertise in Chiropractic Cranial Manipulation.

Dr. Spencer believes that a caring doctor-patient relationship is at the heart of true healing. Outside the clinic, he enjoys training for triathlons, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with his significant other and friends

Kerri Wetherell LMT

Kerri Wetherell, LMT has been practicing massage for 24 years. She graduated from Inland Massage Institute in 2000. She enjoys working with clients to help pinpoint the source of their pain and help alleviate those symptoms. She enjoys staying active, hiking, trail riding and traveling.

Dr. Susan Barrett-Naccarato

Dr. Barrett has been practicing in the Spokane area since 2000. She enjoys working with people of all ages. Through her own journey to have a family, she developed a passion for working with pregnant patients and their families. She also has a strong passion for working with infants who are struggling with feeding. Dr. Susan’s philosophy includes a collaborative approach to patient care. She routinely works closely with primary care physicians, pediatricians, lactation specialists, physiotherapists, orthopedists, neurosurgeons, acupuncturists and a variety of other body workers. She is well connected in the local birth and lactation communities. She is Webster certified and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She shares her life with her husband and two children.
